Amar Sarkaria is a founding partner of Sarkaria Sethi LLP and leads the firm’s real estate litigation and transactional practice. He has represented clients in matters from residential and commercial transactions to complex litigation involving deposit disputes, breach of contract, power of sale proceedings, and title claims.
He is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and committed to providing clear, practical legal advice that cuts through the complexity of real estate law.

Kabeer Sethi
Co-Founder & Partner
Kabeer Sethi is a founding partner of Sarkaria Sethi LLP and oversees the firm’s real estate transactional practice. He handles residential and commercial purchases and sales, pre-construction condominium transactions, mortgage and refinancing, commercial lease review and negotiation, and title transfers.
He is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and dedicated to delivering responsive, accessible legal services. Kabeer is fluent in English and Punjabi.
